Many of her workouts are themed behind such things as movie characters, comic book heroes and random aspects of everyday life. All of the exercise moves on her website are unique and hand-drawn and all of the routines are put together manually, it’s not an automated process. All of the workouts, although all have a common theme, are custom and have been designed and put together individually.

I found the format very neat and practical. When I shared those on my Google Plus stream, they caught on, and since a lot of people found them useful now they are also available for download from my website and every week I release a new one and add it to the ever-growing collection.”
